Job Description:
Our client is looking for talented and motivated Multi-Skilled Engineers to join their manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimising manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality, and cost-efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process Optimisation: Analyse and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
* Design and Development: Develop and implement manufacturing processes, tools, and equipment.
* Quality Control: Ensure manufacturing processes meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
* Technology Integration: Implement new technologies to improve production capabilities and efficiency.
* Prototyping: Participate in prototyping and testing new products and manufacturing methods.
* Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production performance.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
* Proven experience in manufacturing process design and optimisation.
* Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
* Proficiency with CAD software and manufacturing simulation tools.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

* Salary: £42k to £44k per annum
* Location: Onsite role based in Norwich
* Hours: Monday to Friday – double day shifts
