Robert Half are pleased to partner with an international, PE backed FMCG business who are looking to add a new Finance Manager into their growing business. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead a high-performing finance team that provides finance support and enables fast-paced change in the pursuit of ambitious growth plans. This role will be tasked with managing back-office functions and delivering accurate and insightful management information.
Responsibilities:
* Take overall responsibility of accounts payable and receivable functions, including KPI setting and monitoring
* Manage a small finance team, including their training and development
* Review monthly entity level management accounts
* Prepare and deliver monthly Group consolidated accounts
* Undertake bank covenant testing and reporting
* Manage cashflow, including preparation of weekly Group reporting
* Manage Group hedging strategy in line with Board guidance
Role Requirements:
* Qualified accountant ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification or who demonstrate equivalent knowledge through relevant experience.
* Experience in a manufacturing environment would be beneficial
* Solid understanding and practical implementation of financial accounting within a fast paced organisation
* Experience in managing and motivating your team
* Strong system skills including Excel and Sage, NetSuite and Power BI are a distinct advantage
