Teaching and Learning:
* Deliver high-quality, inspirational teaching both face-to-face and online, including evenings and non-term times.
* Prepare and adapt teaching materials such as handouts, assignments, booklists, and assessment papers.
* Develop Schemes of Work and Schemes of Assessment.
* Provide teaching and assessment opportunities in line with awarding body requirements.
* Carry out moderation, assessment, and verification.
* Integrate personal development, behaviour, and attitude themes into the delivery model.
* Prepare necessary administrative tasks for the effective operation of programmes.
* Interview and assess students, developing Individual Learning Plans (ILPs).
Qualifications and Skills:
* A degree in Mathematics or a related field.
* Teaching qualification
* Experience teaching Functional Skills and GCSE Maths.
* Strong organizational and administrative skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to inspire and motivate students of varying abilities.
* Experience in course design and development is desirable.
