My client is a global industry leader looking for a Financial Officer based in Chester who would be supporting finance team with the day-to-day financial operations.
Location: Chester
Environment: Full time, 2 days WFH
Responsibilities:
* Accurate cashflow reporting and forecast
* Production of monthly grant performance management reports and quarterly submission for payment
* Provision of all supporting material for grant audits
* Close collaboration with the Projects team to ensure invoices are accurately coded to the correct donor and project, and complete month-end reconciliations
* Production of supporting information for external revenue invoicing
Key experience/Skills
* Qualified accountant (AAT or equivalent)
* Cash reporting and reconciliations
* Month- and year-end processes
* Proven experience of budget preparation (setting and monitoring) and financial forecasting
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
* Proficient in the use of SAP and Excel
