This role involves managing a team and partnering with the director to drive performance, maintain a competitive advantage, and challenge senior management. Responsibilities:
* Lead financial and governance initiatives across the account, ensuring accurate, timely, and consistent reporting.
* Implement and oversee financial controls on a monthly basis, including managing balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
* Foster and maintain strong relationships with the management team.
* Produce monthly finance packs, including comprehensive P&L analysis.
* Support the development of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
* Collaborate closely with operational and finance teams.
* Deliver results within quality and time constraints across multiple locations and countries.
* Generate reports and provide insightful commentary.
* Serve as a business partner across the organisation.
Requirements:
* ACCA, ACA, or CIMA qualifications.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with individuals at all levels and build effective relationships.
* Experience in presenting financial results and analysis to senior management.
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous.
* Background with a Big Four firm is desirable, but candidates from top 10 practices will also be considered.
