Job Purpose
*Support the delivery of audit assignments from planning to completion, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
*Lead onsite audit teams to ensure quality audit fieldwork, undertaking testing and ensuring budgets and deadlines are met
*Draft corporation and income tax computations
*Liaise with HMRC on work assignments
*Supervise and coach junior staff both on site and in the office by reviewing work
*Ensure audit procedures are followed meticulously
*Converse clearly and effectively by using computer software including IRIS, Sage, Xero and QuickBooks
*Manage own workload and regularly update managers with work progress
*Liaise directly with clients, building strong rapport and proactively handling queries
*Champion your own professional development, proactively learning from the experienced team
*Support the wider firm with ad hoc duties as needed

*ACCA or ACA qualified, part qualified or studying
*Proven track record of leading audit assignments within practice environment
*Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
*Good working knowledge of audit software such as Caseware
*Self-motivated, reliable and eager to progress
*A strong work ethic, time management and organisational skills
*Enthusiasm to learn from an experienced team and progress within the firm
*Hands-on attitude towards building client relationships
*Proactive problem solver with a keen eye for detail
*Able to work confidently with senior team members
