* Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
* Assisting other administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry and internet research tasks.
* Providing secretarial and administrative support to management and other staff.
* Maintaining office supply inventories and coordinating maintenance of office equipment.
* Ensuring the smooth operation of the office and helping to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation.
* Facilitating smooth communication between the department and stakeholders.
* Organising meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organising catering when necessary.
* Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Profile
A successful Temp Receptionist should have:
* An understanding of administrative and clerical procedures.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management tools.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Experience in customer service or reception roles.
* Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.
