Job Description:
Role: Mechanical Engineer
Location: Poole
Salary: £35,206.08 + shift allowance of 25%
Platinum Recruitment support multiple manufacturers in the Poole area, and we have an opportunity for a Mechanical Engineer to join a great team.

What’s involved?
* Maintenance of plant equipment to ensure the effective running of the production facility.
* Responsibility for fault diagnosis, rectification and modification of production plant and machinery.
* Respondingquickly and effectively to plant and machinery breakdowns.
* To support the successful introduction of new manufacturing equipment and services.
* To comply with Company policies, health & safety and quality & hygiene standards
Relevant Experience Required:
* Time served and/or completed a recognised mechanical qualification (City & Guilds, ONC/HNC)
* Previous experience in manufacturing (production line environment)
* Ability to read electrical, pneumatic and mechanical drawings.
