Job Description:
Robert Half is currently recruiting for a Credit and Risk Administrator to based in Solihull Town centre.
This is a fantastic role for someone looking to take a step into credit or who is a strong administrator with high attention to detail
Duties:
* Completion of Credit Checks for Clients
* Maintenance of all systems with the related credit check information in addition to the reporting of client exposure in line with their credit limit
* Processing of client nonstandard payment term requests
* Completion of Credit Checks
* Maintenance of Client Accounts with the recording of Credit Limit information in all relevant systems
* Monitoring and review of Credit Limit Information on existing accounts
* Processing of Approvals for Declined Credit Checks ensuring appropriate approval received
* Assisting in the production of various reports associated with Credit Limit Information
* Processing of client non-standard payment term requests ensuring appropriate approval
* Monitoring of Client Accounts with specific approval conditions Monitoring and analysis of Clients without Credit Check Approval
* Liaising with Branch Locations and local Credit Control Team
* Assist in the maintenance and updating of department procedures Assist in the preparation of Month End Debtor Reporting including D&B Trade Data Files
* As required, assist with the monitoring and maintenance of Client Liquidation files Ad hoc requests and analysis as requested by Senior Management
Experience:
* 1 / 2 years experience in Administration or Accounting duties
* Aptitude for figures and accurate
* Methodical and shows attention to detail and problem solving
* Positive attitude
* Good communication skills G
* ood organisation skills
* Working to deadlines
* Excel and Word experience
