PROPERTY COORDINATOR WANTED FOR BUSY ESTATE AGENTS

SALARY £23,000 + PROFIT SHARE £25,000 OTE
My client has an exciting opportunity for a PROPERTY COORDINATOR to join their very busy lettings department. They are looking for a strong administrator to oversee administration for the Lettings and Property Management team.
Main duties include:
* Call handling
* Organising of general property repairs and maintenance
* Co-ordinating works with trades, tenants and landlords
* Planning, scheduling and attending periodic inspection visits
* Arranging safety certificates to retain compliance standards
* Invoicing
* Inventory report assessment and handling deposit claims
Requirements
* Full UK Driving Licence and your own vehicle
* Motivated team player
* Commitment to providing high levels of service at all times
* Highly organised and able to prioritise workload
* Proficient in IT and Microsoft Office
* Attention to detail
* Excellent customer service skills
* ARLA qualified preferred, but support will be provided if you have not achieved the qualification yet.
