Job Description:
Package: £23-26K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission Structure (£35K OTE Year 1) (£45K OTE Year 2) (£60K OTE Year 3)

The Role
*Researching your market and becoming an expert in your field
*Meeting clients and candidates face to face
*Building relationships with existing and new clients
*Building a personal brand in your chosen market
