BASIC SALARY £25-30,000 DOE £50-60,000 OTE
My client an ESTABLISHED AGENT agent is seeking a Branch Sales Manager who is able to lead a team and continue with the branches success.
The successful candidate will be a bright and confident character with a passion for customer service, use own initiative, have a ’can do’ attitude, and lots of energy. You will also need to be proactive to help, assist and continue the growth of their business and develop staff.
Your responsibilities
* To identify & follow up on new leads/business generation
* Carrying out viewings
* Negotiating and agreeing offers on properties
* Dealing with enquiries via email and telephone
* Sales progression
* Carry out valuations and listings
* Various ad hoc duties
* Vendor care
* Managing staff performance
* Providing training and support to staff
Experience & skills
* Experience in property sales
* Valuing/Listing experience
* Experience generating new business/canvassing
* People Management
* Strong administration skills, with excellent attention to detail
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and good general IT skills
* Strong communication skills and the ability to provide a professional and friendly customer service
* Full clean UK driving licence and car
