Our client is a fast growing Chartered Financial Planning firm with offices across the South of England. As a result of continued growth, we are looking for a Chartered (or very close to) Financial Planner with leadership experience to join their Surrey team.
You will be managing up to 6 Advisors, with leadership making up around 25% of the role. You will be given clients to manage but be expected to build this further and will be highly rewarded for new business generated (25% with no validation).
You will have at least 5 years Financial Planning experience managing a significant amount of AUM and excellent technical knowledge in all areas including Investments, ISA’s, Bonds, Pensions and Protection, with proven leadership experience.

On top of the basic salary, there is a very competitive bonus scheme based on revenue generated.
