Our client, a specialist company in the aerospace sector, is currently looking work a Software Developer to join their expert team. The Software Developer with be responsible for developing and making enhancements to their SaaS platform.
Essential Skills for the Software Developer
* Experienced with REST API development.
* Comprehensive experience across all phases of the software lifecycle, including design and testing.
* Skilled in front-end design and development for Windows Desktop Applications using XAML and WPF.
* Knowledgeable or experienced in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and automated software testing.
* Demonstrated ability to develop highly scalable solutions.
* Collaborates effectively with Software Developers and QA Analysts.
* Confident in expressing opinions and suggesting innovative ideas.
* Proficiency in C# and the .Net Core Framework is essential.
* Proficient in using Visual Studio or Blend for XAML design.
* Capable of working within a team to brainstorm and implement new ideas and concepts.
* Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Key Technical experience for the Software Developer
* 2 years+ Experience within C# & .Net Core
* Experience of developing Rest API’s
* Degree in computer Science or similar field (preferred)
