Behaviour Mentor – Birmingham
Do you have experience working with young people who have faced social and academic barriers? Are you looking for a Behaviour Mentor role where you can have a positive impact and act as a role model for students who have struggled to engage with education?
This alternative provision is looking for a Behaviour Mentor to provide 1-2-1 support for a Key Stage 4 Student with SEMH needs. This role requires a mentor who has previously worked with young people who have struggled to engage with education.

As a Behaviour Mentor you will be working on a 1-2-1 basis, managing challenging behaviours and providing academic support. This role is full-time 08:30 – 15:30, Monday – Friday from September 2024.
Job Role:
* Supporting challenging behaviours on a 1-2-1 basis.
* Working as a Behaviour Mentor / Teaching Assistant.
* Acting as a positive role model for students.
* Delivering 1-2-1 intervention sessions focused on communication and behaviours.
* Helping students to reengage with education.
