Job Description:
We are seeking a driven and dynamic Assistant / Management Accountant to join our finance department.

The ideal candidate will have three years practical experience in preparing accurate and timely management accounts. You will also be a key support to the Operations team with any financial, analytical  reporting requirements.

Responsibilities
* Prepare and review Profit & Loss identifying/investigating variances
* Provide insight and actions to improve business performance
* Be actively involved in developing a robust budget and forecasts
* Business partner the operations to identify financial opportunities and mitigate risks
* Attend client meetings to support the business negotiations
* Maintain balance sheet control accounts, including prepayments and accruals Review business processes in unit to support financial compliance
* Oversee monthly billing process supporting operations raising accurate invoices Reconcile data between operating systems and SAP financial systems
* Assist with annual audit and year end close
* Adhoc reporting requirements required by internal management

Essential Skills and Experience
* Advanced skills in Excel
* Minimum of three year’s practical experience
* Experience in reconciling multiple systems
* Actively studying towards a recognised accountancy qualification

* Good analytical skill and attention to detail

* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
