We have a brand new opportunity for a Client Relations Executive to join a successful team in the Horsham area. If you are great at building and maintaining relationships, love talking to people and have a friendly personality - I would love to hear from you!
Please note that you must be a driver due to the location of the office.
Salary: £25-£28k (basic) + commission £3,600pa
Location: Office based in the Horham, free parking on site.
Days / hours: Monday- Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
Day to day duties will include:
Client Relations Executive duties:
* Answering inbound calls
* Calling out to clients that have previously engaged with the company
* Booking appointments
* Invoices
* Be the first point of contact for any queries
The ideal Client Relations Executive will have:
* Experience answering calls with a friendly & politely manner
* High attention to detail
* A previous experience working with clients / customers
* Ability to work well within the team
* Organised
