Full time, 35 hrs p/w Mon to Fri 9am – 5pm

We are recruiting a driven and motivated Facilities Manager to join a well-established company based in the Leicester area. This hands-on operational role is crucial in ensuring the facilities operate smoothly and efficiently, responsibilities include overseeing compliance, health and safety, team management and providing customer service.

Key Responsibilities of the Facilities Management role:
* Ensure facilities comply with regulations and standards.
* Carry out risk assessments.
* Implement and monitor health and safety policies.
* Train staff on protocols and conduct regular 1:1 meetings.
* Provide high quality customer service to visitors.

Requirements of the ideal Facilities Manager:
* Previous experience in facilities, hospitality, leisure, or operations management.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
* Strong organisational and hands on leadership skills.
* Flexible approach to tasks.
* Good communication skills including customer service skills.
