Job Description:
Joining the organisation in this newly created Reward Manager role, the role has a real opportunity to shape and develop both the Pay and Benefits offering for this successful organisation.
Up to £70k + Car Allowance + Bonus
Hybrid working with 2/3 days on site per week at the North Leicestershire office.
Reporting into the People Director, as the Reward Manager you will be instrumental in :-
- Developing and implementing a more cohesive pay structure
- Harmonising current variances to T&C’s
- Developing performance related bonus and incentive plans
- Writing board reports for 2025 pay and bonus plans
- Reviewing current and future benefits
As a commercial Reward Manager you will be able to demonstrate your experience across both Pay and Benefits, and have a track record of how the Reward strategy has impacted on the bottom line. Experience within a multi-sited, operational organisation would be advantageous.
