Job Description:
TEACHING SPACE SUPPORT ASSISTANT
This is an exciting opportunity for a Teaching Space Support Assistant to support a globally recognised London university on a temporary basis.
The purpose of this role is to provide support to the teaching faculty by ensuring all resources and equipment are adequately working and set up for use in upcoming lectures and meetings. The person in this role would need to be good at managing their time, proficient in multi-tasking, use initiative and capable of working under pressure.
TEACHING SPACE SUPPORT ASSISTANT ROLE:
* Collaborating with the Faculty Technology Team to checking AV systems in teaching and meeting spaces are working each morning and reporting AV and room issues
* Developing knowledge of the Business School teaching technology equipment across teaching and meeting spaces primarily at South Kensington campus, with potential travel to White City Campus
* Assisting with support for teaching and meeting delivery, including resolving basic technical and user issues
* Checking that support contact information and AV system user guides are available and up to date in all Business School teaching spaces
TEACHING SPACE SUPPORT ASSISTANT ESSENTIALS:
* Higher Education Experience
* Minimum 1 year of customer service experience or engaging with multiple stakeholders
* Degree Educated
