SOCIAL MEDIA SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (ORGANIC AND PAID)

Purpose of the role
This is an exciting opportunity to work for an integrated comms and marketing consultancy with a client base of leading technology and business services clients. They strive for best-in-class campaign delivery and they have a reputation for creating and delivering effective and cutting-edge marketing strategies and plans for their clients. They are looking for a social media specialist to work across a number of client accounts focusing on compelling content to support social media strategies and initiatives.
In order to be successful this role they are looking for someone with a proven track record in creating and driving social media plans and campaigns across all channels - gained client or agency side. They will also have good project management skills and the ability to work across a number of internal and external stakeholders to drive ideas and build strong relationships. Key responsibilities
* Write and edit high-quality content for social media channels including LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram
* Collaborate with designers, photographers and videographers to create visually appealing content
* Develop content calendars and ensure timely delivery of posts
* Monitor social media trends and adapt content strategies accordingly
* Assist in community management by responding to comments and messages
* Assist on maintenance of bespoke measurement dashboards
* Day-to-day paid media operations across social platforms implementing best practice optimisation with support from wider paid media team
* Stay up to date with industry news and emerging social media platforms, providing proactive ideas to clients
* Work across a portfolio of around 4-5 clients
* Integrate with wider comms and marketing teams to deliver end-to-end digital campaigns
* Have a results focused approach to your work, ensuring client delight through deliverables
What they are looking for
* A strong, proven track record in social media management and content creation and extensive knowledge of social media platforms
* Experience with planning tools and ROI measurement tools
* Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
* Experience of working in close collaboration with internal teams and departments
* Analytical thinking and attention to detail; the successful candidate will be confident analysing and present campaign results and recommendations to clients
* High attention to detail, especially when it comes to data
* Superb client relationship skills
* Ability to work well within a team and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
* B2B marketing experience desirable, especially familiarity with account-based-marketing (ABM)
