About the role
You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that effectively communicate the value proposition to customers for sales enablement. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with product management, sales, and creative services to develop GTM plans, launch new products, and ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns.
* Develop go-to-market plans and launch new products
* Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and market trends
* Develop product positioning and messaging that effectively communicates the value of our products to customers
* Create sales enablement materials including presentations, demos, and case studies
* Develop and execute marketing campaigns that generate leads and drive sales
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, and creative services to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives
* Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
* Manage product marketing budgets.
Skills and experience valued in your role
* At least 2 years Product Marketing experience within a B2B SaaS environment (experience of targeting HR or Finance decision makers will be a definite advantage)
* At least 4-5 years overall marketing experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong stakeholder engagement and collaborative working
* Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
