Job Description:
We are looking for an administrator to support an asset management database in Keystone, by entering and managing the quality of data.
Monday to Friday 09:00am - 17:00pm initially a contract until October 2024.
Predominantly remote, required to attend the office for meetings - must be within a reasonable distance of the Alps Depot in Cardiff.
Duties will include:
* Predominantly required to deal with electrical and asbestos documentation, along with inputting key information about the topics.
* Process information/data from mobile working system to facilitate job progression through all stages from raising jobs to completion of works and payment of general orders.
* Assist with the management and maintenance of a network of suppliers for building services ensuring that best value is achieved.
* Maintenance of relevant employee records to include timesheets, flexible working, leave, sickness absence and training information.
* Such other duties and responsibilities as required from time to time.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
* 5 GSCE’s or equivalent experience including English and Maths.
* IT skills and ability to use database records and compile reports.
* Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, graphics and database software packages.
* Prepare basic reports using spreadsheets and/or databases.
