My client is looking to recruit a solicitor with 2-5 years PQE, to join their growing Property team. The department acts for a range of clients including investors, developers, landlords, tenants and individuals buying or selling property.
Their services include:
* Commercial and residential investments
* Cross-border acquisitions
* Portfolio acquisition and trading
* SPV transactions
* Secured lending
* Finance and refinance
* Owner-occupier acquisitions/leases
* Retail leasing
* Landlord and tenant issues
* Hotel acquisitions and disposals
* Site assembly and development
* Sale and lease-back
* Joint ventures
* Leasehold enfranchisement
* Planning

About you

* Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
* 2-5 years experience working within Commercial property
* Excellent communication skills
* Must be collaborative and a good team player – no silo mentality
