Welding/Fabrication Engineer
Salary: £35,000
Shift: Perm Weekend Fri - Sun
Location: Middleton, Greater Manchester
A Fantastic position at a leading manufacturer for a Mechanical/Weding/Fabrication Engineer at their state-of-the-art site in Middleton. I am looking for a Mechanical Engineer with strong welding and fabrication skills, holding an engineering qualification, that also ideally comes from a factory background. There are potential opportunities to progress into a leadership role as the company expands. As a Mechanical Engineer you will be maintaining their machine standards and breakdowns, whilst maintaining TPM standards. You will have a hands-on approach when attending to breakdowns, rectify issues and provide feedback on pending breakdowns & issues.
Skills required for the Mechanical Engineer:
* Have an engineering qualification.
* Strong mechanical skills
* Welding and Fabrication Skills. 
* Factory Background
* Experience carrying out planned maintenance and attending breakdowns.
* Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
