Job Description:
Customer Service Administrators required on an ongoing temporary basis with the potential for permanent employment. This is a fully office based role.
The successful candidate must have previous office based customer service or administration experience. Due to the working environment, safety boots will be required.
You will be responsible for the professional contact with clients via inbound calls and emails. Emails include printing, responding to queries, escalations, and referrals.
Customer Service Administrator responsibilities:
* Handle incoming telephone calls and emails from clients
* Escalating customer issues with management when required
* Inspect and analyse client files, original legal documents and accounting material recovered from Interventions - index onto database
* Receive, assess and acknowledge incoming documentation
* Updating In House databases with accurate and up to date information
* Link incoming documents to existing applications and update records
* Interrogate databases and spreadsheets to locate information regarding interventions, requests and files and documents
* Taking responsibility for chasing information and keeping clients updated
Customer Service Administrator skills and experience:
* Previous experience in a customer focused environment
* Good knowledge of MS office and a working knowledge of general IT systems
* Excellent communication skills both oral and written with the ability to communicate at all levels
