Job Title: Cashier Administration Specialist
Contract: 9 months – With possibility for extension
Salary: £14.03 per hour, Full-time

Purpose:
• Complete weekly Cashiers administration tasks in accordance with SLA timelines.
• Respond to requests, write and send cheques, acquire UK bank signatures, and bank cheques.
• Open, sort, and scan incoming Finance mail to TBSS Portugal.
• Handle Adhoc AR remits and run/save bank statements as needed.
• Timely processing and reconciliation of cash and bank transactions (GBP & Currency).
• Process multi-currency payments and perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve cash/bank queries.
• Input daily payments and address Treasury queries.
• Ensure bank accounts are re-valued and reconciled to GL balances.
• T&E applications administration and other tasks as requested.
• Performance tracked via SMART objectives as part of the AAD process.
