Lettings Accounts Manager
Halesowen
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Account Manager to work with the Lettings team within this market leading Estate Agency based in Halesowen.
Key responsibilities as our Accounts Manager
* Collecting Rent
* Paying Invoices
* Paying Contractors and Landlords
* Reconciliation of bank and Lettings Transactions
* Reporting to Landlords
* rent arrears
* Tenancy deposits
* Maintain a high level of customer service for clients
* Compiling and reporting monthly financial information for management
Skills and experience required to be a successful Accounts Manager * Proven experience in a management role
* Motivational leader
* Outstanding Customer Service skills
* Stakeholder management
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Microsoft Excel (Intermediate to Advanced level)
* Experience in Lettings or Estate Agency would be advantageous
Hours of work: Monday - Friday 9:00 - 17:30
