Job Description:
Are you a Operations Manager based in the Midlands with excellent problem solving skills and who has a strong customer focus and is looking for a new challenge? If so this role is for you:

You will be a passionate and energetic Operations Manager who is highly analytical with the ability to think critically and find innovative and effective ways of working. You will be confident in leading a team, and strive to find ways to improve productivity and effectiveness through both people management and workflow management. 

The Operations Manager role will give you the opportunity to lead an administration team, and help inspire high performance, pushing to deliver incomparable customer service and excellence. You will ensure the team operates at a first class level through training, developing, mentoring and managing. You will bestow your knowledge and passion for outstanding customer service and high attention to detail to the the team ensuring that customers are all receiving consistent levels of care with a personal touch. To help the team achieve this, you will be involved in streamlining processes and identifying best practices, and implement innovative solutions to solving any operational challenges that you identify.

Key Skills

* Previous experience working in an Operational Manager role within a Customer focused business (ideally B2B)
* Analytical - the ability to record and measure metrics and implement the relevant solutions to improve processes
* Infectious Energy
* Excellent communication skills - internal and external
* Have the ability to contribute ideas
* High attention to detail
* Customer Focused - Strong focus on delivery outstanding customer service
* Innovative - with the ability to think outside the box
