Business Administrator Apprentice - Level 3

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals eager to start their careers in administration. Our client, a specialist VW and Audi garage located in Brighouse, are seeking a dedicated individual to join their team. The ideal candidate will have the chance to grow and develop within the company, gradually taking on more responsibilities as they advance in their role.
Responsibilities:

* To deal courteously and efficiently with all visitors.
* Answering the telephone in a professional manner and dealing with enquiries.
* General administrative duties including typing, correspondence by e-mail and letter.
* Research prices of parts.
* Ordering parts.
* To undertake filing, photocopying/scanning, record keeping, and distribution of relevant documents.
* Using Microsoft Packages, in particular, Word and Excel.
* Using Sage.
* Processing Invoices.
* Managing the diary/bookings.
* Responsible for co-ordinating the post.
* Providing refreshments for visitors when required.
* Inputting data onto internal systems with a high level of accuracy.
* Dealing with stationary/stock levels and reordering as and when appropriate.
* Assisting all members of the team as and when required.
* Dealing with requests for information.
* Ensure that the Policies of the company are observed, and that good practice is encouraged, particularly in the areas of Health and Safety, Equal Opportunities and confidentiality.
Annual Wage:

£13,312.00 per annum - The wage may be negotiable depending upon experience and may increase subject to meeting apprenticeship and work targets.
Working Week:

Monday to Friday - 8.30 am until 5.30 pm. There may be occasional Saturday mornings - 8.30 am until 12.30 pm, which you will either be paid for this time or be given the time off.
Total hours per week: 40
The training you will receive:

* Level 3 Business Administration qualification.
* Duration of Apprenticeship is 15 months (12 months learning + 3 months End Point Assessment).
* All training is undertaken online, through a combination of self-paced eLearning and live online classes.
* Functional skills in English and Mathematics, if required.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship:

There is a strong possibility that you will gain a permanent position following successful employment as well as achievement of the full apprenticeship qualification. There may also be further apprenticeship/other training available following successful employment and achievement of the apprenticeship qualifications.
