What You’ll Do: * Collect Waste: Gather waste from building sites.
* Drive a Tipper Truck: Transport waste to recycling facilities.
* Sort Materials: Separate recyclables from non-recyclables.
* Maintain the Truck: Keep it clean and in great shape.
* Stay Safe: Follow safety rules to keep everyone safe.
* Help People: Answer questions from residents and businesses about waste collection.
What We’re Looking For as a refuse collector & material delivery driver is: * Strong and Fit: Can lift heavy objects and handle physical tasks.
* Team Player: Work well with others and speak English.
* Efficient Worker: Finish routes on time.
* Detail-Oriented: Make sure all waste is collected and sorted correctly.
* Licensed Driver: Have a full, clean UK driving license.
* Independent Worker: Can work alone without supervision.
* Legal to Work in the UK: Have indefinite leave to remain or full British citizenship.
* Tech-Savvy: Basic IT skills to check emails and work schedules (a plus).
