Project Coordinator
Overview:
Join our dynamic team as a Project Coordinator where you will play a crucial role in coordinating and overseeing new client projects. We are seeking an organised individual with excellent communication skills to ensure project success.
Responsibilities:
* Gather and analyse project requirements to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
* Manage project tasks and timelines
* Liaison with internal departments to support with issuing quotations, invoices and raising PO’s when required
* Managing incoming orders, loading them onto internal database, ensuring all parts are accurately entered and bill of materials is created
* Ensure deadlines are met and order timeline is adhered to.
* Collaborate with the engineering and productions teams for seamless project execution.
* Attend occasional client meetings via Teams to update on order process
Skills:
* Strong organisational skills to manage multiple project aspects simultaneously.
* Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques for thorough project planning.
* Have meticulous attention to detail
* Be confident, professional and have a ’go get it’ attitude towards work
* You must have previous administration experience and ideally experience within a project or planning environment
* Have the ability to take on board technical information and knowledge
