Job Description:
Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Assistant for a client based in Cardiff city centre on a temporary assignment.
Location: Cardiff City Centre
Hours of work:9am to 5pm Monday to Friday
Pay: £13.50 per hour
Undertaking general maintenance work within student accommodation ensuring the work is completed to a high standard. Your duties will include but not limited to: - * Painting accommodation/ reception rooms
* Fixing and assembling any new furniture
* Ensure the accommodation is well maintained, clean, tidy and hazard free.
Skills and experience required: - * Relevant experience in providing building services repair and maintenance.
* Good communicator
* A good team player
* Positive attitude and ability to work with little supervision.
