Executive Assistant to Director
Salary: £28,000 - £34,000 plus bonus
Location: Greater Manchester
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5:30pm
Our client is market leading in the finance industry in Manchester.
They have an exciting opportunity with a role that is at the heart of their award winning and growing business. Supporting the director in driving the business forward while staying connected to the whole team. They are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Executive Assistant to work alongside the Company Director.
Responsibilities:
* Diary Management – coordinating and managing the Directors schedule, ensuring efficient use of time and prioritization of tasks.
* Email Management – monitor and manage the directors email inboxes, handling correspondence promptly and with professionalism.
* Correspondence handling – manage incoming correspondence, including letters, emails and phone calls. Being able to manage discretion in handling sensitive information.
* Monthly Expense Requests – prepare and submit monthly expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.
* Note-Taking – attend meetings with the director and provide comprehensive notetaking, ensuring accurate documentation of discussions, decisions and action items.
* Prepare for Leadership and Team Meetings – Assist in the preparation of materials for Leadership and Team meetings, attention to detail in ensuring all necessary documentation and presentations are ready for review.
* Problem-Solving – Proactively identify and solve problems when they arise, demonstrating courage and resourcefulness in finding effective solutions to challenges.
Who we’re looking for:
* Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role in a fast-paces environment.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with a professional manner.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and calendar management.
* Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all tasks.
* Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
* Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
