Camino Search is thrilled to be partnering with an exciting early-stage funded clean-tech start-up who are seeking a hands-on Chief Financial Officer.

You will either have been a CFO within a series A/B stage scale-up or be a strong number 2 ready for your first CFO role.

You shall have full oversight of the finance function; ensure processes are hyper-efficient and not people-heavy. Overseeing a small team with a strong foundation.

The ideal candidate will be:
* Proven experience as a CFO/ Finance Director or as a deputy in an early-stage funded Series A/B scale-up
* ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
* Experience in securing debt and equity capital from investors
* A deep understanding of asset-backed industries
* Excellent communication skills for building robust relationships with external stakeholders
* Extensive experience in managing working capital and treasury
* Experience in establishing a robust and efficient finance function to accommodate substantial growth
The chosen candidate will be compensated with a competitive base salary along with equity.
