You will be a passionate Administration Officer who takes immense pride in your work, has an exceptionally high level of attention to detail, and a desire to improve processes for efficiency. The Administration Officer role will give you the opportunity to own critical end-to-end operational tasks and processes, and ensure that you deliver outstanding customer service, and through your meticulous eye for detail ensure accuracy and quality in all operations. You will be a strong communicator and be encourage to share your infectious enthusiasm for your role, and contribute innovative to ideas on how to improve processes and achieve outstanding customer satisfaction. 

The Operations Manager role will give you the opportunity to lead an administration team, and help inspire high performance, pushing to deliver incomparable customer service and excellence. You will ensure the team operates at a first class level through training, developing, mentoring and managing. You will bestow your knowledge and passion for outstanding customer service and high attention to detail to the the team ensuring that customers are all receiving consistent levels of care with a personal touch. To help the team achieve this, you will be involved in streamlining processes and identifying best practices, and implement innovative solutions to solving any operational challenges that you identify.

Key Skills

* Previous experience working in an Administrative Officer or Assistant role within a Customer focused business (ideally B2B)
* Customer Focused - Strong focus on delivery outstanding customer service

* Analytical - the ability to record and measure metrics and implement the relevant solutions to improve processes
