Our client, busy franchised car dealership, in Bedford has the requirement for an experienced Senior Service Advisor / Service Reception Supervisor to join their successful After sales team.
Senior Service Advisor / Service Reception Supervisor Responsibilities
As a Senior Service Advisor / Service Reception Supervisor your responsibilities will include:
Assist the Aftersales Manager with the running of the Service Department
Allocate customers to the Service Advisors on a daily basis to ensure the customer experience is of the highest quality
Ensure all customer queries are dealt with in a polite, professional and timely manner
Allocate Collection & Deliveries to the drivers
Work alongside the Aftersales Manager to deliver the departmental budgets
Delivering the highest level of customer service at all times
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
2 years Senior Service Advisor / Service Reception Supervisor Experience with a Franchised Dealership
Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable Requirements:
Kerridge or Pinnacle experience
Remuneration & Benefits
Basic Salary up to £35,000
On Target Earnings up to £40,000 (uncapped)
