Job Description:
Tripod wishes to speak to Qualified Social workers with AMHP status
£40p/h
Doncaster
Flexible / Hybrid
The working days are negotiable, but would be Monday to Friday. All of our AMHPs work a 4 day week currently, however if the right candidate were available Monday to Friday then this would be great.
The times are 8am to 6pm, but again can be negotiated.
You will be expected to be compliant and have a current DBS.
* You will arrange and carry out Mental Health Act Assessments
* You will apply for warrants, Section 29 Nearest Relative displacements and other statutory duties of an Approved Mental Health Professional. You will be expected to conduct reviews under S117 of the Mental Health Act.
* You will ensure that the requirements of the MHA 1983 (as amended 2007) are met, it’s Code of Practice followed and that service users rights under the ECHR (Human Rights Act 1998) are upheld
