Job Description:
Jewson a leading building materials distributor in Northern Europe, is on the hunt for an Internal Sales Advisor who’s as passionate about great service as we are.

Hours - 7.30 - 5.00 Monday to Friday and every other Saturday morning 8-12
Key Responsibilities
* Get to know our product lines and services in order to make the most of all customer interactions in line with our Jewson values
* Develop great relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions so that you can deliver the best experience possible
* Dealing with lapsed accounts
* Generating sales with new and existing customers
* Use our in-house systems to process customer orders, organise delivery times, and keep customers updated throughout their journey
* Work with colleagues to suggest opportunities for improvement
