Job Description:

This varied role is based in our client’s head office based in the heart of Cobham. Working within financial services with a view to achieve a positive long-term social, environmental and climate impact. Previous experience within Financial Services would be an advantage.
Job Description:
* Working alongside the CFO to ensure the smooth running of the office
* General office management
* Liaising with third party service providers including accountants, lawyers, communication and IT service providers etc.
* Ensuing that the proper functioning of IT systems for all members of staff including dealing with problems and issues as they arise
* Managing multiple internal systems and processes, completing data entry to ensure accurate collation of information
* Co-ordinating diaries for meetings / travel etc.
* Organising meetings for team members
* Ensuring health and safety standards are up to date
* Liaising with travel companies to organise travel plans for the team
* Assisting with arranging flights/accommodation for team members
* Maintenance of office supplies and stationery order etc
* Documents scanning, filing, and archiving
* Liaising with the company’s branches worldwide
Person Specification:
* Financial Services or Professional Services background and hold a degree would be ideal
* Happy to work in a dynamic environment in a small team
* Strong organisational skills
* Highly numerate and comfortable working with figures and spreadsheets
* Proficient with Microsoft products especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
* Excellent communicator including with investors, clients and support service companies
* Flexible and able to work to deadlines
