Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, organized, innovative, and forward-thinking Showroom Manager to lead, mentor, and motivate our newly formed team in a new central London boutique.
Key Responsibilities:
* Team Leadership: As a brand ambassador, you will lead by example, fostering a positive, dynamic, and proactive environment. You will build strong relationships with your team and customers to deliver the best customer experience.

* Sales Achievement: Actively lead the team to meet sales targets and ensure the smooth operation of the showroom.

* Operational Management:Oversee the day-to-day running of the showroom, including people and stock management.

* Customer Engagement: Utilize your flair for design and extensive product knowledge to provide customized solutions that suit each customer’s home, family, and lifestyle.

* Training and Development:Ensure ongoing product training and knowledge sharing within the team to maintain a high standard of customer service and expertise.

Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar role within the furniture or luxury retail industry.

* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

* Excellent organizational and communication skills.

* Passion for design and an eye for detail.

* Availability to work weekends.
