Job Description:
Hours of work: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm (Once training is complete you will work from home 2 days each week)
Based in Telford

Are you available immediately and local to Telford?
Do you have previous Customer Services experience and enjoy talking to people?
* You will be supporting the management process by logging faults and related information onto a smartsheet system.
* Ensuring all visits can access the building when an Engineer or Contractor can’t gain access.
* Dealing with incoming calls from Engineers and Contractors.
* Investigating on site access issues and dealing with end to end resolution.
* Identifying the root cause of the issues and logging all information onto the in-house system.
* Dealing with a call volume of 20-30 daily.
* Once training has been completed you will have the opportunity to work from home 2 days each week.
