Skills & knowledge of the Digital Marketing Manager:
* A skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager with a proven track record in increasing inbound lead generation.
* Experience developing and delivering digital marketing activities and platforms.
* Thorough understanding of digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot).
* Clear knowledge of SEO/PPC/Digital Advertising.
* Strong relationship builder at all levels including agency management.
* Well organised, able to prioritise, project manage, and juggle!
* Accountable for KPIs, objectives, and learnings.
* Great communication with the ability to motivate and influence the team and wider stakeholders.
* Experience of line management of a small team.
Experience:
* Educated to degree level or equivalent.
* Digital marketing qualification desirable.
* 1-2 years’ experience in digital marketing management.
* Demonstrable experience managing SEO/PPC, HubSpot, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
* Agency / creative management.
