The Company
My client are a multinational insurance company with offices in the City of London. Growth see’s them recruiting for a Business Analyst.
The Role
* Project Management: Define scope, estimate, and deliver claims-related projects.
* Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to identify and document business needs.
* Solution Development: Assist in designing and developing claims processes and systems solutions.
* Testing & Training: Support QA and UAT testing, and provide end-user training for new systems.
* Business Process Improvement: Evaluate current processes to find and implement efficiencies.
* Documentation: Create detailed business cases and system requirements documents.
* Technical Expertise: Act as a liaison between business, IT, and vendors on technical matters.
* Software Selection: Assess and choose packaged software solutions for claims functions.
* Process Mapping: Create functional process maps and use cases for claims activities.
* Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for claims systems and functionalities.
* Communication & Collaboration: Build strong working relationships with business, IT, and vendors.
Your Profile
To apply for this role you have extensive experience in a Business Analyst capacity within the insurance industry. It is essential that you have expose to claims as you will cover claims related projects. You will be the face of Technology projects and expected to be able to present to senior stakeholders across the business.
Salary & Benefits
* £75,000 - £80,000
* Generous bonus
* Hybrid working (3 days a week in the office)
