What you’ll do:
* Motivate and guide your team of whole-of-market mortgage brokers in achieving personal and business goals.
* Provide ongoing mentorship and coaching through one-on-one sessions and performance analysis.
* Recruit additional high-caliber mortgage advisors to join your established team.
* Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
What you’ll bring:
* Proven track record as a Mortgage Sales Manager, successfully leading and motivating teams.
* Demonstrated experience in recruiting experienced mortgage brokers.
* Strong understanding of the mortgage industry and regulatory requirements.
* Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
