In this exciting role, you will work closely with a team of 6 whole-of-market mortgage brokers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth processing of 30-40 mortgage applications at any one time.
What you’ll do:
* Be the first point of contact for clients, gathering missing information and keeping them updated throughout the process.
* Communicate effectively with lenders to chase outstanding information.
* Meticulously review all documentation before submission.
* Leverage your expertise to manage an average caseload of 30-40 mortgage applications.
What you’ll bring:
* Proven experience as a mortgage administrator.
* Strong understanding of the mortgage process.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Familiarity with lender systems and "The Key" (a plus, but training provided).
