Our leading financial services client is looking for a Sourcing PM to join their team for an initial 6-month contract, with a strong possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities
* Options assessment of modern workplace end points.
* Assess the potential new laptop / Surface Pro / Monitor replacement options.
* Assess the impact on the existing asset depreciation vs potential dale proceeds.
* Sensitivity analysis on how long we can continue to use existing kit.
* Assess the options around purchase and support vs device as a service options.
* Write a new Mobile phone BYOD policy, assess and transform the process to drive down the cost of mobile phone usage as well as recharging the costs onto the business areas using mobile technology.
* Working with the procurement category manager, assess the existing contracts to identify opportunities to reduce costs and then build the plans around these to take them forward.
