A highly regarded full service law firm are now looking to expand their HR Team with the addition of an experienced HR Advisor.
Working Arrangement: Hybrid (up to 4 days remote)
Responsibilities:
* Employee relations
* Redundancy consultations
* Absence management
* Safeguarding
* Performance and disciplinary processes
* Investigations
* Payroll administration
Requirements:
* 3+ years of HR advisory experience, ideally in care/support sector
* Knowledge of employee relations and care sector regulations
* Independent handling of HR/disciplinary issues
* CIPD qualifications beneficial but not essential
