This is an exciting new opportunity to join an insurance broker as a Radar Analyst to deliver pricing and underwriting changes across all insurance products.

This company is one of the largest and fastest growing insurance brokers in the UK and Ireland insurance market. They have over 100 combined years of experience in the insurance broking space and offer specialist motor, home, bike, and pet insurance. They work with over 2.6 million customers.
THE ROLE
You will be doing the following daily:
* Enhancing pricing and underwriting deployment capabilities, including data integration, and optimizing rating structures
* Analysing and monitoring the effectiveness of live rating system
* Resolving issues and queries related to live ratings
* Collaborating closely with pricing and underwriting teams to design and recommend pricing adjustments
* Implementing pricing and underwriting changes in the rating engine (Radar Live)
* Managing data flow design, mappings, and rating structures for optimal performance and clarity
* Streamlining change processes to balance the rigor and efficiency of pricing and underwriting modifications
* Working with various internal teams to ensure the highest quality in data, testing, and price change delivery
* Supporting key projects across the business as needed
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Proficiency in WTW Radar.
* Experience in other coding language such as Python, SAS, or SQL.
* Previous experience in personal lines pricing in the UK market.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong numerate degree from a Russel Group University.
