e-Commerce Manager
Basingstoke - hybrid 3 days in the office.
£37,000 + Full Benefits and Bonus

This is a fantastic opportunity for you, an e-Commerce Manager to join a leading organsisation where you will be responsible for products and services site content, SEO, day-to-day trading performance, commercial efficiency and delivering superior customer experience.

You will also be responsible for managing e-commerce sales and ensuring Centerprise grows its e-commerce market share, and that all data is correct.

You will take an organised approach to manage the online and catalogue inventory, liaise with the Sales teams and Marketing to help design appropriate product catalogues and promote via digital marketing campaigns to increase digital sales and presence.

As the e-Commerce Manager, you will optimise campaigns using digital marketing and SEO strategies and measure ROI and how much they increase web traffic using analytics tools. This role will require experience managing a digital store or product inventory. Other duties include:
* Manage the online inventory to ensure online catalogues are accurate, inclusive and function optimally.
* Become the company’s e-Commerce specialist, monitoring day-to-day trading performance, user access and generating product sales data.
* Supporting the Sales Team as the e-commerce champion.
* Ensuring the effective implementation of SEO and analytics reporting to measure the performance of E-Commerce/marketing campaigns.
* Act as the intelligent customer to our Software Services Team to ensure the e-commerce platform evolves with our needs.
* Develop campaigns to increase digital sales, working closely with sales teams to ensure alignment with sales plan. E.g. new product launches and bundles.
* Optimise campaigns to increase traffic to the websites and procurement portals. Identify weaknesses and opportunities to improve user experience through competitor research and keep up-to-date on digital marketing advancements.
* Establish and deliver KPIs, including conversion rate, average order value and customer lifetime value, to maximise ROI.

In order to be successful in your role as e-Commerce Manager, you should be:

* Have a strong background in e-Commerce as an e-Commerce Manager or similar
* Able to manage workload to meet deadlines.
* Ability to thrive in a highly pressurised and competitive working environment.
* Experience in digital marketing
* Database Management
* Reseller/B2B marketing experience
* Effective stakeholder management and negotiation skills
